Tsegamlak Solomon (LL.B, LL.M)
Tsegamlak is the Founder and Principal of TSA. He has extensive experience working in the law practice and private equity industries, where he mostly focused his career on tax structuring, consultancy, policy advocacy, and investment closing activities. He advised several businesses and assisted them in anticipating issues that may arise in pursuing their business and corporate strategies. He is a strong professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from Addis Ababa University.
